  • Is the dormscape planner still free?

    Yes. Free includes one room plan, three preset vibes, the 2D editor, shopping links, sharing, and unlimited saving with an account. Interactive 3D is included with Pro.

  • What uses a dormscape plan credit?

    Generating a new room plan uses one credit. Pro custom vibes include one free regeneration; further regenerations use one credit each. Editing furniture, building or editing a room shell, saving, sharing, exporting, comparing, and switching between 2D and 3D do not use credits. Your purchased credits do not expire.

  • What is the difference between Plus and Pro?

    Plus has three initial plan credits and permanent Plus tools. Pro includes all Plus tools, 10 plan credits, 3D Room Builder, live 3D Room Studio, and create your own vibe. Saving is free for every account.

  • What happens when Pro credits run out?

    Pro includes 10 plan credits. At zero, generating another plan requires a top-up at $0.99 per credit. Your Pro tools and existing saved designs remain available. Credits are added to your balance without changing your tier.
